EMPLOYMENT
To be selected by J.U.S.T as a front-line Security Officer, all candidates must meet the most stringent selection criteria.
Exactly what does this mean for the client?
All event security personnel appointed to J.U.S.T are licensed by the Security Industry Authority and trained to Certificate Level 2 in Door Supervision or Guarding as per the industry specified guidelines.
This licence requires 4 days of training that includes roles and responsibilities, powers of arrest & conflict management.
To receive a licence all staff must undergo classroom training and field assessments, as well as pass a number of security, police and personal checks. In addition to the statutory requirements, all J.U.S.T Security personnel complete a further induction, training and development program including: first aid, physical intervention, crowd control and health & safety.
Our personnel are aware of their additional role to protect and enhance the public face of our clients, and this adds to their reputation as some of the best-trained security staff in the UK.
We believe our personnel, management, and the sound, innovative solutions that we deliver to our clients are what separates us from our competitors.
We invite you to experience the "J.U.S.T" difference.
J.U.S.T welcome and encourage all persons interested in working at the cutting edge of the Security Industry to contact us at; employment@ju-st.co.uk.
