EVENT MANAGEMENT
Julie Quinton & Sam Dipalmo the Directors of J.U.S.T together with their senior Management team have been for many years involved in the management & deployment of security & stewarding personnel at events throughout the UK. Working closely with their clients they have assisted in the strategic deployment of staff and the implementation of crowd management plans, together with the monitoring of Health & Safety and staff welfare. Given the company's extensive operational experience within the event sector, J.U.S.T are able to offer uncompromising advice on event related issues and topics.
STEWARDING
Event Services personnel are distinct from SIA licensed security personnel in that they fulfil a number of different functions, including: crowd management, event safety stewarding, welcome hosts, receptionists, cloak room staff, car park staff, skilled and manual labour for event site build and break down. All stewarding staff are trained in-house to NCFE Level 2 in Event Stewarding and in some cases further training is given, including; First Aid, Health & Safety and Staff Supervision.
SECURITY
All security personnel supplied by J.U.S.T not only conform to government guidelines (SIA) but are trained in many other areas, at J.U.S.T we do not believe in utilizing the services of your standard door supervisor. Mass gatherings of any kind bring with them a multitude of obstacles for security personnel, it is our belief that the initial training a door supervisor receives does not give the individual the correct skill set to deal with many of the situations that may face them. All security personnel attend the NCFE Level 2 in Stewarding, Physical intervention and one day course designed by Aspect Consultancy (an introduction to events for security personnel).
