All J.U.S.T Managers work towards the organization’s goals using its resources in an effective and efficient manner, and are responsible for overseeing their assigned departments and will typically engage in strategic and conceptual matters.

Ryan Hill - Business Development Manager
Ryan, 31, joined J.U.S.T in February 2008 after spending the past decade working within the security sector. His previous experience has come from working his way through the ranks for both Ltd & Plc companies in the South East region. He has a disciplined and methodical approach to handling multiple projects simultaneously and has the confidence and ability to prioritise and address a wide range of goals and issues. This, coupled with his ability to assertain and deliver upon client requirements, makes him a valued asset to both the company and clients alike.

Charles Fuller - Training & Development Manager
Charles, 26, has been with J.U.S.T since its conception and has worked alongside the company's director on a number of projects over the past 3 years. Prior to joining J.U.S.T full time, Charles has previously operated as a senior supervisor and area manager for other well known security companies. Charles has worked alongside and attended the event supervisors course run by JC (John Corbishley) in 2006, he is currently undergoing a NEBOSH course in health & safety and holds a distinction pass on the Event Managers Course.
