J.U.S.T LOCAL COMMUNITY TRAINING SCHEME
The Joint Union of Specialist Training understand that most businesses that employ the services of voluntary or in house security & stewarding staff do not have the resources or the physical capability to deliver accredited job specific training. At J.U.S.T we work with the local business communities & councils assisting in the development of such staff. This service is free of charge to organisations that fall within a specified criteria. We must stress that all free training offered is not funded by any Government agencies, but is purely funded by J.U.S.T. This has been agreed by all Company Directors, thus allowing personal development of individuals working within the security & stewarding industry who may not have the opportunity to receive such training.

J.U.S.T is able to deliver a number of free training courses, these being:

  • NCFE Level 2 for Event Stewards
  • Event Managers & Supervisors Course
  • Risk Assessments
  • Supervising Staff Safely
  • First Aid Appointed Person
  • SSTTM (Strategies, Streetwise, Techniques, Tactics & Mindset)

Only one free training course may be offered to any organisation or charity per year, unless by prior arrangement with J.U.S.T

AVAILABLE TRAINING COURSES
By adding content to all security courses J.U.S.T not only adhere to certification guidelines, but instill reality learning thus allowing the company to provide the very best security training available today. Training can be conducted at our training facility or, should you wish, at your company premises. All courses are approved by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

All Trainers working for J.U.S.T have a wealth of experience within the commercial security industry and all meet the Security Industry Authority (SIA) requirements for trainers.
